My Vision:

Recruit Sales Tax generating businesses with:

• Incentives

• A General Plan with substantial commercial/business zones

• Economic Development Director

Increase City services – which can only be done by increasing sales tax revenue

• Police and Fire

• Code Enforcement

Slow the approval of more new housing communities

• Let the commercial catch up

• More than 10,000 houses have been approved and not yet built

• New houses cost more money to service than the taxes they generate

Promote and increase tourism dollars

• Expand on the mineral waters to include health and wellness

• Expand and utilize the trails leading to the BLM land to the north

Fix the I-10 overpass mess at Palm Drive, Indian and Date Palm NOW!  

• Pressure Caltrans, CVAG, County of Riverside - get the job done

Encourage the use of “green” energy – especially solar

• Encourage infill development of homes that are energy friendly and include solar
